Domestic Violence Awareness
Domestic violence thrives when we are silent; but if we take a stand and work together, we can end domestic violence. Throughout the month of October, let us raise awareness about domestic violence and join in the effort to end violence against women and children. Louisiana is ranked fifth among the deadliest states for women victims of domestic violence to live.
On Sunday, October 9, 2022, in observance of Domestic Violence Month, the congregation is asked to wear PURPLE.
